Overall, war is bad economics, but as with anything, there are always 
certain winners, (eg Military Industrial Complex, regular soldier, 
mercenaries, and soldiers of fortune, if not killed or seriously 
injured, and the war profiteers).  The overall damage done, to a large 
extent, depends on whether you win or loss the war.
