That's right, Ted!! Only cops are qualified to talk about human
nature. Every other life experience is irrelevant, and must bow to the
unerring wisdom of the long-time cop.
I mean, look at all the people who fleeced the country for millions -
not a black face among them! That proves that all those minorities
were too busy getting arrested and playing their race cards.
