Hi Adam! There was no mention of offshoring in it, but nothing the Ds could do would ever surprise me. The workers are usually not involved in offshoring, except by becoming unemployed, eventually destitute and possibly even homeless. But logic? I think the D logic is that those lesser than they should be killed as soon as practical, by starvation or gas chamber - matters little to them.
