It wasn't that long ago that Senator Joe Lieberman was selected as Al
Gore's Vice Presidential running mate for the Democratic party, so it
appear to me that AIPAC may be trying to position Lieberman to
eventually become President of the USA by providing whatever ticket he
is on with lots of money. Stranger things have happened.

Senator Joe Liberian was beaten in the Democratic primaries for the
position of Senator from Connecticut, but he pulled a rabbit out of his
hat and won the election running as an independent. Now Lieberman seems
to have morphed into a Republican, so he and his supporter are doing
whatever it takes to keep him within sticking distance of the
Presidency. If the forces behind Lieberman are AIPAC and the neo-cons,
that could spell disaster. I not going to worry about it unless
Lieberman is selected by Senator John McCain as his Vice Presidential
running mate or another know neo-con or neo-con sympathizer is chosen.

If we don't learn from our mistakes, we will keep on repeating them.

Regards,

LelandJ
