This projects involve VFP createing a Excel spreadsheet to be sent to the
client thereby allowing them to play what if which means the date range can
change.

The issue is how to, within Excel, determine the number of monthis touched
within a date range.

The date range (full months as 1 day is charged for the whole month) plays a
big part in the calculations.

VFP calculates the total costs based on months touched by the date range
before sending the spreadsheet to the client (that's the easy part).
