The more per capita spending this country does on education, the lower test scores we get. The more power the teachers unions get, the lower the test scores. 1. We need to fire incompetent and corrupt teachers and administrators and replace them with good ones. 2, We need to permanently expell the disruptive students. 3. We need to increase the minimum dropout age to 18.
