Hi all
 
I've been asked by a customer why text emails arrive sometimes with =20
instead of carriage returns. The Email was sent with Outlook 2k
 
This is an example
Hi Ken
=20
The tag has been moved.=20
=20
As soon as the changes have moved I'll upload your website again.
=20
Obviously if you've had this then all has gone according to plan!
=20
=20

 
I can't see anything wrong with the email and it was fine when I sent
it, doesn't seem to happen all the time as well.
Does anyone know why this happens?
