Greetings All!

I have a friend who apparently received an eMail offering SpamArrest as a
service (luckily on his MacBook, so if it is a Rogue Solution it will not
whack him). Is there any recent info from my fellow FoxHeads re: if
SpamArrest is safe, or any good? Or if there are any recent Favorite
AntiSpam apps others are using? I have not asked how many spams he gets
daily, but my guess is it is a lot as he is a very high profile businessman
in our neck of the woods.

As an aside, I have been using DynDNS as my IP forwarding service for my ftp
Server dynamic IP, and for eMail forwarding for my gilhale.com domain. They
have an AntiSpam feature that has worked extremely well for me. I used to
get 200+ spams each day, and now it is down to maybe 2 or 3 at the most.
Then again, perhaps it is because I stopped trying to help our Nigerian
Princes and Kings retrieve their fortunes, heh-heh <g>... Along that
line,
I have been entertaining myself with running some scam-baits over the past
year or so. www.419eater.com is a good source to look at for this art form.
There is nothing quite as fun as getting one of those scammers to go on a
little safari to meet me so I can hand them a package of cash, or collect
Western Union/MoneyGram funds I allegedly sent, and they end up wasting
their time and money. No mercy <g>... I use a gmail eMail account for
communication, so they can't effectively trace me via IP.

Thanks!

Gil
