I agree with you.  There is no rule of business that says you have to screw 
your country to make a buck.  Not doing so should just be a cost of doing 
business.  As far as outsourcing bureaucratic leadership assumes that we really 
need most of these people.  We would be better off 'right-sizing' these people 
out of their jobs... and if they are government jobs... off the payroll to 
decrease the drain on the taxpayers.
