The guy hasn't changed.  He's just gotten more publicity.  Haven't seen 
anything he's done wrong yet!  Sorry Ed, but permitting astronomical 
settlements is not penalizing the errant doc, but the insurance companies, 
which means we all pay for this nonsense.  Think for a change!
