Nice thought, but what other penalty absolutely asures us that the person will
not kill again? Think about the prison guards handling prisoners who got life
without possiblity of parole. The prisoners have absolutely nothing to loose
by killing a guard. There are also those who think there are better
alternatives to Club Gitmo... but I haven't heard any of those either.
