My client require a Visual Foxpro programmer to support existing Foxpro based applications in addition to developing and supporting in-house systems. Very exciting role requiring someone to be able to work under their own steam and without supervision. Ability to understand complex frameworks preferred. Reporting to the development manager you will also work closely with other departments. Must be proficient in Visual Foxpro 6 or 9 and demonstrate a good knowledge of XP, configuration and usage of RDP and preferably deploying applications within a Citrix environment. Must also be proficient with SQL Server 2000/2005 as well as an in depth knowledge of the Foxpro native database. Any exposure to Windows Server 2003 and/or Vista Network configuration advantageous but not essential.
