Oh last night we did our initial burn in on our new smokers for our barbecue
team.  We have a King Fisher

We have a trial run on Sunday so we wanted to get a layer of smoke and heat
over any leftover grease on the virgin steel.

It might have been great but there is more then code in my life!!
