Im not convinced there is not a timing problem with VFP9. I have a calendar class which is loaded at start of form and often it messes up unable to make an object. Yet most the time, and I mean most, it is fine. I am wondering if its an XP thing maybe in a update. It’s a bit like the write ahead cache problem for data but for programs. Also yesterday I had VFP9 screw up by placing code in the wrong part of the project table. I got a screwed up file and then made a new project, copied the main prog and rebuilt to create the project again and the main screen failed to load. I found code in a place it should not be. It was in a container objcode area instead of the form. Ive not even gone to SP2 yet so I cant blame that. But its getting to the point I cant trust VFP9. It never happened with VFP7. Allen
