Funny thing about this is that you didn't even bother to properly read the OP's mail. The OP (in case you missed it) is Paul Hill, and he clearly said : "He plans to return to the UK when/if he can sort out a visa." which clearly states that first it is not USA but the UK and second that the man is seeking LEGAL ways to return to the UK via a visa. So what we should all ponder is if you are as stupid as you have shown to be in this thread, or if you are just looking for trouble or to trouble someone else in which case you'd be in the MM league.
