Not a snowball's chance in Hell that the bill will pass, but the discussion of it should be interesting. What might eventually pass is banning oinkers from all-you-can-eat buffets. Buffet places loose money on gluttons. Being a pig is usually a mental or moral condition, the body size is only a symptom of the mental or moral disease. A physical cause of the condition (genetic or hormonal) is very rare.
