If it's a small organisation, try looking at google for domains you
won't get the hardware and software revenue but you'll get to bill for
time setting up. Other wise there are a number of smaller cheap email
packages. Have you also considered Small Business Server which doesn't
need 64 bit.

I have a client that wants to share emails and calendars amongst his
employees from a central computer. I have started looking at Microsoft
Exchange Server but it is a very expensive system and is getting very
complex. Its hardware requirements are a 64-bit PC and some OS version
of Microsoft Server 2003 which I suspect will also cost a lot.

Does anyone have an opinion on this system or know of equivalent
software to do the same task?
