I'll somewhat support kam on that, as I recall (years ago mind you) using the Symantec site and it was a freakin' nightmare that left me in some of sort decision tree loop. It was just another one of those moments where you felt that Corporate America forgot about good customer service and decided that people must deal with the (then flawed) automated systems instead of talking to a real person from your native country. -- Michael J.
