I dunno about a business reason, but IMO you will get something much 
closer to the totally integrated RAD environment that you would be used 
to from VFP etc using ASP.NET 2.0 (with either VB.Net or C# used for the 
codebehind, up to you). Download the free Visual Web Developer from MS 
and take a look.
