I would recommend that even if you get the current version (0.8.1),
that you grab 0.8.2 when it is released, probably early next week.
I've added a cool feature called 'Web Update' that will enable the
framework to regularly check for newer versions and keep your copy up-
to-date without having to use Subversion, or re-install new releases,
etc.
Also, unlike VFP, there is no main program to launch that "is" Dabo.
There are several visual tools that you can use, such as the Class
Designer or the AppWizard that can get you started, depending on what
it is you want to play around with. And by all means, be sure to sign
up at http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/dabo-users for the Dabo-Users
list, where no question is too n00b to ask!
