Just to follow up, SUPEXPR is the "print when" expression. And, I think 
NOREPEAT is overloaded: if SUPEXPR is empty, then NOREPEAT determines 
whether repeated values are printed. But if SUPEXPR is not empty, then 
NOREPEAT determines whether the line is suppressed if blank.
