Mmmmm.... you mean Africans and Latinos have higher 'descrimination' rates than AngloSaxons? AFAIK Latinos stand for people with latin roots, that would be French, Spanish, Italian, etc. So you can't even say Latinos vs European because Latinos ARE European. So your definition of 'white' is anglosaxon, probably german, some (?)
