The carpenters actually charge less than my bill rate, so it doesn't save
money to do the carpentry. I'm actually semi-ok as a woodworker. The problem
is not having enough hours in the day.

But we are going to do just what we have to so that we can get an occupancy
permit. Then we'll finish the remainder after the fact.

I also have two brothers that do interior finish work for a living. They'll
help me, but not for free. Everybody needs to feed their families.
