Gil Hale's rules of credit. Get all you can get available for any
opportunities that may require a large initial investment, so as to not
appear destitute by clients. Purchase using a business credit account, pay
it off using client payments for service/product, thereby denying the bank
any interest. All they get is the transaction fee charged to the merchant,
passed on to me, and eventually passed on to my clients. I build a nice
credit portfolio, and it costs me nothing. When I rent a car I use a
corporate Visa, and do not have to pay for any extra insurance. Anything I
purchase has its manufacturer warranty increased by up to one additional
year. Okay with me. And if I do need to get a bank of Servers, done, no
problem, and no hit to my own cash flow or reserves.
