Nope, it's the FCC, and that's a 100% politically-appointed group
that doesn't answer to anyone. Perhaps they might allow racial slurs,
but say the word "fuck" and you pay big $$. Show a mob lynching an
"uppity nigger" and you're fine, but show a woman's nipple for a
fraction of a second and again you face megafines.
