She has been a long time client of mine doing all kinds of
PC/Networking/HIPAA/Hacking stuff for her.
Once when she broke up with her girlfriend [yep, no chance of dating her!],
she changed the password in her billing software, and it messed up
everything, had to hack into it with a hex editor.
The HIPAA stuff was me setting up her billing software and advising her on
current regulations. At the time, she was up for insurance fraud from
overbilling her clients by using inappropriate ICD9 codes [applying after
billing rates during business hours]. A chiropractor with a degree from a
junior college driving a pair of cars with $100k, a 200K house,...
Had to stay late at work yesterday to work on data/mailing for rip off
religious nut ['God wants you to be rich, start by writing me a check...'],
next week I'll be busy working on data/forms for another rip off company
[send us money to apply for colleges that you could fill out for free on the
colleges 'real' web sites].
I'm beginning to wonder if there are any reputable businesses out there.
Sometimes I feel that the good guys are losing.
