lol!  Ask Whil Hentzen how many illegal PDF copies were/have been made of
his books.  I recall a fellow developer in the Philly area who disgusted me
with his lack of ethics in this regard.  Bottom line:  I don't think there's
a way that's foolproof (or is that "fullproof"?
