Michael, Take a look at Rafael Lippert's menu class (source included: http://www.lipsil.com.br/menu.htm
In Portugese (I think) but easy to understand. It simply takes an existing VFP Menu structure and uses that to generate n XP Type menu pull down, docked etc etc. Very good and free of course. I came across it the start of this week and I'm just in the middle of documenting it in English and I'll send it back to him to post as an English Version.
