Take a look at Rafael Lippert's menu class (source included:

In Portugese (I think) but easy to understand. It simply takes an existing
VFP Menu structure and uses that to generate n XP Type menu pull down,
docked etc etc. Very good and free of course.

I came across it the start of this week and I'm just in the middle of
documenting it in English and I'll send it back to him to post as an English
Version.

Again, same question for you Kent....can we see a screenshot of them in 
action in your app(s)?  Their screenshots on the site only give so much, 
but to see another usage of them would be encouraging and appreciated 
(by me at least).
