I got a letter from IBM talking generally about the new DST changes that are going into effect March 2007.
They say "In 2007, US Daylight Saving Time is changing and will begin on the 2nd Sunday in March and end the first Sunday in November". This is more just FYI for folks, but I'm curious what preparations people are doing for this. My servers ping a time server - do those time servers have DST under control I wonder? -- Matthew S.
