And, in answer to Jurgen, what I was looking for was a 17" monitor with 1920x1080. I can't find one so I started looking at 19" and 20" monitors with 1920x1080. This is the only one I came up with. I don't want anything bigger than 20" because it would take up too much room. I did find one which is designed for professional/studio use but at over £400 I decided against that one!
