Following the advice given on the Hentzenwerke web site to purchase a printed version of this book on Amazon, I did so and it arrived today. I wrote to bo...@hentzenwerke.com <mailto:bo...@hentzenwerke.com> on 26th March requesting the password for the PDF version (which I have downloaded from there), but have had no reply. Can anybody help (I can provide proof of purchase if required)? Many thanks Paul Newton P.S.
