Well, sure. But if anyone's got Win11 and a similar app, you might luck out and get something like "command.com is no longer on the path and you need to add it to AUTOEXEC.NT" or something. A quick internet search on "Windows 11 shell to CMD" type searches seems to indicate there's some kind of new terminal app that can run CMD and PowerShell.
