Guys,
Debugging apps where the app is running on one desktop and the debugger on
another desktop is no fun.
In these cases 2 monitors are MUCH better.
And when you are writing a debugger and you need to debug the debugger then
even 2 monitors is not enough.
Then you need 3 monitors to properly do so.
Just my 2 cents.

I agree with Christof. My home PC is 3 x 27" monitors but I love the simple ability
on my 27" Mac and Macbook to simply swipe between screens. The equivalent virtual
desktops in Wondows aren't as simple to use but I have recently added a Logitech trackpad
to the home PC and set it up to use the virtual desktop switching using the same gesture
as on the Mac.

So, my question is this: What size monitors are you using for
development and how many?
27" 5K Apple Display (made by LG)... If I need a second monitor I open my
macbook. I've never been a fan of multiple monitors, though. To me it's so much
easier to have virtual desktops and just swipe to the one I need in fractions of a
second without the need to refocus my eyes or look for my mouse pointer.
