I know you might have tried all possible combinations to find the error.
But here goes :
That form is being linked to the object - loFrm.
Have you tried running the form without assigning it to loFrm (just to
check)
DO FORM frmEditBank2 NOSHOW
Also, just before it hits DO FORM .... - are you do a MODI FORM
frmEditBank2 successfully from the command prompt ?
