VFP's ODBC driver understands only DBF/DBC up to version 6. This means: All those new fieldtypes, database events etc from Version 7,8,9 render the MS ODBC driver useless, since he can't open such tables.
VFP7: Database Events VFP8: AutoInc, VFP9: VarChar, VarBinary, Blob The MS OLEDB driver is more modern, and understands all of that stuff. There are also Thirdparty ODBC drivers available, which are fully equipped. The "Advantage Database Server" (now from SAP) has a free ODBC driver. wOOdy -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- Von: ProFox <profox-boun...@leafe.com> Im Auftrag von Eric Selje Gesendet: Dienstag, 11.
