I use both Send-Anywhere and Dropbox regularly, but occasionally I fall back on my self-hosted FileZilla server for really big stuff in one-off scenarios.
Not sure about API's. Wouldn't that require programming on the client side to grab data, unless you are building some kind of automated transfer process? For regular scheduled transfers via Backblaze Cloud space, I use Syncovery to handle the automated uploads and downloads on each end. Paul H.
