When I'm an employee/consultant, I appreciate your perspective, and yes,
I've really enjoyed coding in T-SQL (SQL Server) and PL/SQL (Oracle) with
recent consulting gigs in the past couple years.  When I'm MBSS forming a
solution for a client who just wants me to deliver and doesn't dictate how I
do it, I enjoy that too.  It's certainly different, but I enjoy both in the
role I play.
