1. The free upgrade offer to end on 29 July 2016. I think that little
advertising cue
    should disappear auto-magically after that day.

2. Do you want the upgrade? Do you wanna claim it first?

3. If you really wanna claim the upgrade (under the name digital entitlement),
    find a spare hard disk to CLEAN install Win 10 into it. The
digital entitlement
    is tied to the product key of a qualifying OS. So the product key to enter
    during the CLEAN install would be the product key of your current Windows 7.
