I'd like to take this to the open market.  If anyone would like to
partner this with me, send me an email.  You'll get a copy of the
source code and 50% commission for clients you bring in with signed
agreement.  I think (I hope!) this could be easy money.  I know it's
2016, but maybe there's a water authority out there who would buy
this.  VFP9SP3 with MySQL backend, designed in n-tier fashion.  Could
be adapted for outside the US too if good fit.  (I'm not sure how they
do things across the pond for this?)  I've got just the one customer
still using this.

I will say this: provided it works the way they want it (and customization available), it'll last their lifetime. I've designed this database quite well and since it's the MySQL backend, the sky is the limit. Great performance today and 20 years from now (provided our VFP 32-bit apps still work then). :-)
