Want to allow user to right-click the grid and ask him if he wants the
other rows in that grid to have the same value as the one on which he's
right-clicked. I initially thought RolColChange, but he's not changing
row/col per say. Maybe call RowColChange from right-click? Just a wag.
Maybe somebody's got a better tip.
