I have an ancient computer that failed the Windows 10 compatibility
test due to an old ATI X1300 Pro video card the test did not like.

In the course of opening up the box to update the memory, I tried
removing the device and just using the motherboard's built-in Intel
GMA 3000 graphics, since I'm just running FoxPro, Chrome and
LibreOffice on the machine, no games nor CAD.

Machine runs fine, but Win10 still says "not compatible due to ATI card"

Running the Compatibility Tester again required (Win 8.1Pro, of course
yours will be different):

Classic Start Menu box "search programs and files"
-OR- Windows Start Menu, magnifying glass... type in "Schedule"
Pick Task Scheduler
Navigate the left tree view to:
Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience

>From the middle pane, right-click "Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser"
and select "Run"

Wait 4-6 hours and perhaps you'll get results...
