The subject line was changed to keep all the blow holes happy.

I don't lager just ales.  No basement in my house so air temp in
spring/summer can be 80 while we are at work and then kick on the AC an
hour before we come home.

Generally revolve around a Belgian yeast, then a  USA west coast, then an
English through the year.  Sure a Heffe in late spring jsut to get at least
3 or more kegs of German wheat.

I have a fridge that holds two fermenters and I may buy into the newer
large mouth plastic ones because they are thinner and it may allow 3
fermenters in the temp controlled fridge.

Usually I'll spike the temp to accent desired esters in the yeast.  Do I
want more banana or clove in the heffe this time.
