If you have a vfp coded "command window" that you can run vfp commands in your app or exe from there you can do a SELECT * FROM YourForm.SCX INTO TABLE NewName.SCX. That should get you what you need. If you don't have a Command Window built in, then ReFox may be your only way. Note you might not get comments back, but they may only apply to .PRGs.
