Check version(2) for whether you are using runtime or development and disable

Subject: VFP executable not using runtimes

Hi all

I have two machines with VFP9 installed and a VFP executable in its own folder.
On my machine double-clicking on the executable brings up the application
WITHOUT the VFP9 toolbar (i.e. the executable is running under the runtimes).
On my colleague's machine double-clicking on the executable brings up the
application WITH the VFP9 toolbar (i.e. the executable is running under
VFP9.EXE). How can I make my colleagues machine behave like mine? Is there a
way to prevent VFP9.EXE being used (without uninstalling it) or to force the
runtimes to be used?
