No, I don't know. I was piling on the other answers. I haven't seen this
error before, and you should certainly do some more investigating if
it's a lot of work to move the app around.

OTOH, if it's easy to move the app to a local machine and eliminate the
network, if the errors go away, that's the problem.

But rebuilding indexes and checking for DBF corruption is always a good
first step.
