You can halt the automatic restart of Win7 BSOD by following this:

Did this start occurring after you installed some software? Uninstall
and/or restore back to a previous restore point.

Clean the case, especially fans, as folks have indicated, and clean and
reseat any modules you can access: memory, cards, wifi adaptors, etc.

Run MEMTEST overnight/over a spare day and see if that finds a problem or
blue screens.

When you run the print builds, is there a particular strain on the machine,
CPU, memory or disk space? Monitor a run and try to determine if you're
running into a heat issue (high CPU) or perhaps a memory/disk issue.
