I just got my Mac, so haven't used any yet. I've been using Ipswitch WS_FTP1, which I am very happy with, but it's Windows-only, so I need to look around.
I found the VicomSoft FTP Client, which looked very good for $35. But the Cyberduck looks just as good for (shareware) free. I think I'd give it a try. Unless you do nothing but FTP all day, it's pretty easy to switch to another one if you don't like it.
