It's the Baud rate or speed of the connection, they should be the same.

At long last, I am able to send TXT messages using my mobile phone.
(Samsung Galaxy)
Devices manager tells me its on port 4, with max port speed 230400

I have a vague recollection about the old style modems where you had to be
real careful you matched the settings e.g. 9600,n,8,1

I seem to be able to send txts via my port number with
.settings="9600,n,8,1"
Does anyone here know what the 9600 refers to?
Is my 230400 the equivalent of 9600, and if so, should I change it to
"230400,n,8,1" ?
