I've used this in the past. Very powerful. The only tricky thing to
remember is that you have to select the files in the list above. I keep
forgetting that. There is a 'preview file name' in that same list that
lets you know how it will rename the file if you tell it to execute.

I want to rename all of them for example:

Using a DOS window, I tried
REN *.PDB* *.PDB
This command resulted in no change.
