Per your description you need to create a billing table to cross reference the gymnast to the parent.
Having paid for a granddaughters gymnastics before I paid no matter if she were there or not. You pay in advance monthly and there is credit for injury only. Maybe they had pay per visit rates and we never would pay that higher rate?
